Pros

LSEO is ideal if you have the attitude of an independent entrepreneur. You learn marketing for a variety of industries, work with some of the best people I've met (employees and clients), and you get job satisfaction when you help clients grow. If you want to learn a new marketing platform, then you can literally go get certified and start offering the product to clients, which is awesome. If you want to learn any other skill, like being an intern coordinator or running social media, just take ownership of the task. There are opportunities to do what you want to do - literally just ask. LSEO provides leadership training, ira plan, medical/dental/vision, employee of the month, pizza friday, etc.

Cons

Some clients are definitely difficult to work with, but that's just apart of any job. I'm assuming it is because of the young culture of tech companies, but co-workers act entitled, which is no big deal if you know how to work with different personality types.

Pros

This is a focused, yet dynamic company and a great place to work. The organization prides itself on building an open and encouraging company culture, and I would agree that they do a good job at that. I admittingly am slightly biased since I have a leadership role in the company, but I pride myself on recruiting the most talented, yet welcoming employees that I would consider rock stars in their roles. I have personally been at LSEO for over a year and have learned a ton, and have heard from some of the employees that this is the best place they have ever worked. That is probably the best compliment a company can receive and I am proud to be a part of the team!

Cons

It's not a place for slacking off! The company definitely knows how to have a good time, but it doesn't tolerate those that aren't willing to pull their weight. It also has an informal culture, so it you need a ton of hand-holding and aren't a self-starter, this might not be the place for you.
