Pros

- Unlimited time off - Great building with a killer view of the river - Access to latest tools and education materials

Cons

- Absentee leadership (CEO and President) - Do as I say, not as I do management style - Multiple people were fired for questionable reasons to ironically benefit the culture - Staff is very eclectic and siloed; no community or sense of purpose exists - A company ladder only exists when one person quits or is fired - Senior level management is really just a do it yourself Tony Robbins book - Employee turnover incredibly high

This feedback was part of an orchestrated effort on the part of several terminated employees. While we take feedback very seriously we also temper that feedback based on the source. Our mission is to invest in our existing staff and deliver for our clients.

Pros

This is a focused, yet dynamic company and a great place to work. The organization prides itself on building an open and encouraging company culture, and I would agree that they do a good job at that. I admittingly am slightly biased since I have a leadership role in the company, but I pride myself on recruiting the most talented, yet welcoming employees that I would consider rock stars in their roles. I have personally been at LSEO for over a year and have learned a ton, and have heard from some of the employees that this is the best place they have ever worked. That is probably the best compliment a company can receive and I am proud to be a part of the team!

Cons

It's not a place for slacking off! The company definitely knows how to have a good time, but it doesn't tolerate those that aren't willing to pull their weight. It also has an informal culture, so it you need a ton of hand-holding and aren't a self-starter, this might not be the place for you.
