Pros
I started with LSB in February and I am so glad to be here. There's plenty of interesting work to keep me busy – for those looking for the kind of job where you get paid to do nothing you should probably keep looking. Yes, expectations are high, but so are the rewards, and help is around every corner – all you have to do is ask. Quick list of PROS: 1. Great group of senior leaders who are working diligently to make LSB the "best-in-class" organization we all know it can be. 2. The company is continually improving and I get to be a part of that – it's an exciting place to be! 3. Compensation and benefits are, at minimum, comparable to market, but are really above market in most cases. 4. I am trusted to do my job without being micromanaged, yet if I have a question, all I have to do is go to my supervisor and ask. 5. I know, without question, that the people here have my back – and I have theirs. That's a great feeling!
