      i have worked at LSAV for many happy years. i respect and admire the skills and work ethic of my co-workers, we truly have a family here at Lakeshore.

      the only con to doing great work for so long is, living up to the standards that we are establishing in this industry.

      The narcissistic owner who thinks he's always right and refuses to live up to his word. Getting lied to and having to pick up the slack of incompetent office personnel.
