      This company employs cultural taxation when it comes to DEI They do not understand other cultures Discrimination Even C level leadership managers will not go to bat for you

      Pros

      People who find their team here will love working here, plenty of mentorship opportunities, big projects that provide some level of job security, lots of learning and training opportunities usually covered in part or in full by the firm

      Cons

      If you end up in the wrong team or sector and youre not a good fit for that small teams culture youre gonna hate it. Some teams have more cliquey feelings.
