Pros

Good benefits, good vacation time if you are promoted, diversity of project experience, high project standards, at least decent attention to sustainability, good tech department.

Cons

Low pay; advancement dependent on office politics, a lot of developer-driven work which requires a lot of overtime. Developers win over sustainability.

Pros

People who find their team here will love working here, plenty of mentorship opportunities, big projects that provide some level of job security, lots of learning and training opportunities usually covered in part or in full by the firm

Cons

If you end up in the wrong team or sector and youre not a good fit for that small teams culture youre gonna hate it. Some teams have more cliquey feelings.
