Pros

Free food and decent pay.

Cons

Some coworkers who were training me were passive aggressive while I was learning and job expectations were unclear. Got fired for doing things I was never told were incorrect and confirmed with others was done correctly. Was told “do not talk to the supervisor or she will fire you” and then also got fired for not talking to her. Most people I talk to think I got fired for budget reasons because I was paid very well. Since then, I’ve worked at an average company and learned what a healthy job environment is like.

Pros

Amazing coworkers and supervisors. Everyone is extremely friendly, helpful, interesting, funny, smart, and have such a vast amount of experience in their respective fields. You can tell they really want you to learn, gain experience, and help you begin your career. Regardless if that career is here at their company or somewhere else down the road.

Cons

Given my time here and my role I cannot think of any cons at this time.

Pros

good company that wants to care for employees. great benefits. great bonus. nice office and nice snacks - if that's important to you

Cons

- priority to office space vs employee work-life balance. Remote during COVID, now back to office 3-4 days a week. BUT this doesn't apply to all VPs --- some can work remote and even in another state, but we're required to be in the office. Not a fair environment. - dress code policy doesn't apply to All VPs in the NJ office - some VPs can wear jeans in the office but we can't! - Expect negative comments from everywhere and few positive encouragement on how well you did... they thrive on negativity that they call "opportunity for improvement".
