      Pros

      Fast-paced environment. Strong, positive culture among the data teams. Competitive compensation packages. Personal and professional development are encouraged. Wide variety of tasks and challenges encourages and tests a variety of analytical skills. Hybrid work-from-home policy.

      Cons

      Deadline-oriented nature of the company can sometimes result in stress and late nights - I personally prefer the fast pace, but it's not a fit for everybody. The nature of the work means that you'll be pulled in a lot of different directions and expected to develop new skills quickly - again, I enjoy this, but it can be stressful during onboarding.
