Pros

I cannot recommend this company enough. Leaders has a great work culture and collaborative teams. There are excellent opportunities for both professional growth and career and skill development. Management is extremely approachable and transparent and you are encouraged to grow not only by your line managers but your regional directors. You receive lots of benefits and incentives, one being a holiday overseas every year for the top performers. Would highly recommend to anyone thinking of joining the company.

I do not have any cons I can share as my experience has only been a positive one.
