Pros

Some really good genuine people.

Cons

Pays less than minimum wage and bump you up with commission. Undervalued. Expected to work long hours. Left alone making working environments unsafe. Management look after management. Lie to you regarding progression, dangle a carrot in front of you and move the goal posts consistently. Dismiss you when undergoing treatment for health conditions.
