Pros

Colleagues very nice and helpful although they are extremely busy , so no time to help you

Cons

Leaders should advertise for a Call Centre Operator and not Property Manager. You are expected to pick all the call for all the areas, although you were told you would have your own portfolio. Unrealistic workflow which leads to mistakes. Poor training. It is a shame as this could be a very interesting job.
