We take this seriously and are continuously looking for ways to improve the balance between professional commitments and personal wellbeing. Last year we reduced our working hours on a Saturday from 9-4 to 9-1 which we have had brilliant feedback on. Our Google Reviews as an organisation is at 4.5 stars out of 5 which is something we pride ourselves on. Albeit, we are always looking to improve our customer satisfaction and have recently been accredited by the institute of Customer Service, which will help maintain and enhance service standards.
