Pros

There are good people working there who do care about what they are doing.

Cons

Culture of blame, old school higherarchy, poor training, cutthroat, confrontational and miserable. I saw more tears, stress and bewildering pressure than anywhere I have worked over the last 20 years. Approach with caution.

We strive to foster a positive and supportive environment for our employees, and it is encouraging to know that some of our colleagues have left a positive impression on you. However, we are deeply concerned about the negative aspects you mentioned in your review. We take all your comments very seriously. Our intention is to create an inclusive and collaborative workplace, where every individual feels valued, supported and motivated to excel. We are also passionate about the wellbeing of our staff and have over 10 trained mental health first aiders on hand to talk to anyone who may be feeling overwhelmed for whatever reason. Thanks for sharing your feedback, we're glad to hear your employment with LRG supported you through your student years, however are disappointed to hear that you felt our customer satisfaction did not score well. Our Google Reviews as an organisation is at 4.5 stars out of 5 which is something we pride ourselves on. Albeit, we are always looking to improve our customer satisfaction and have recently been accredited by the institute of Customer Service, which will help maintain and enhance service standards.
