As LRG is a growing business, your observation around senior management meeting our people is taken on board. As a starting point Peter, our CEO, is visiting more branches this year to meet our people in person and we of course have our open forum on our intranet where anyone can submit questions anonymously and Peter will answer them. Our Google Reviews as an organisation is at 4.5 stars out of 5 which is something we pride ourselves on. Albeit, we are always looking to improve our customer satisfaction and have recently been accredited by the institute of Customer Service, which will help maintain and enhance service standards.
