      Management spend excessive company monies on social events and drinking. Buy staff loyalty...... This is not a Pro

      Cons

      No training provided Expectations of new starters to be same as long term employee. Used as scape coat No HR processes followed in branch Legislation not trained Spoken to like a child Management team looked after and regularly met to discuss other team mates in unprofessional manner. Poster boy mentality but senior management No people.management Management take no responsibility for equipment failure Accused of losing equipment and blame culture
