Thank you for your feedback. Ensuring our employees have a good work life balance is very important to us and as a result of our recent Employee Engagement Survey, working hours will be reviewed even further for the areas of the business where this was particularly high in the responses. We have recognised the importance of creating a reward and recognition package which shows our appreciation to all of our hardworking employees and so are also actively working on suggestions put forward by staff following the survey.
