      -Leaders is a good company to work for -Good team atmosphere (within IT)

      Cons

      -Leaders is regressing back to how it was before merging with Romans -Work load is too high -Romans staff have unrealistic expectations of IT and often very rude -Not enough training

We've taken onboard your comments in regards to workloads, we can confirm recruitment has been taking place in the IT department to fill vacancies and a number of new staff have started.
