Pros

I've been blessed to be part of the LRE Team for nearly 6 years. It is a family owned and operated business and the Owners treat their employees like family -- always encouraging everyone to work hard while at work, but also care for families. It's clear that having L.R.E. succeed going forward is important to Ownership. Not for themselves, rather for their team members. L.R.E. leads by example by being active in the community and generous to their employees. If you earn the opportunity to work at L.R.E., work hard and consistently produce results, you will be here as long as you want. We have a lot of different employees that have been here 10-plus years. That is a direct reflection of L.R.E.'s loyalty to its team members and its team members' loyalty to L.R.E. I've personally seen many team members grow professionally here, which in turn has allowed them to advance within the company. I can't speak for everyone here, but I believe most of my teammates view the opportunity at L.R.E. as a career, not a job. It truly is special to be able to work for great Owners and with great people and in industries that are constantly changing.

Cons

With 130 full-time team members, a new hire's biggest challenge is remembering everyone's name and their respective positions. But that comes in time.

Pros

Excellent marketing manager; the staff, not including managers, work really hard.

Cons

Management is completely dysfunctional. The former GM retaliates against anyone that doesn’t support his beliefs. The culture is absolutely horrible. HR does nothing about it. Employees are asked to provide good reviews to keep ratings high.
