I’ve worked with start ups and have been surrounded by incredible innovative leadership. I’m astonished almost every day at the internal strife and lack of intelligent decision making at the higher levels. It is only a matter of time before this lack of basic business/real estate knowledge ends the company either in its inability to IPO or from the staggering amount of lawsuits. If you want to feel good about the company you choose to work for, this is not the place.
