Pros

Decent pay Work truck provided Expense credit card Paid flights home Heath and dental

Cons

Zero work life balance. No HR department. Extraordinary turn over rate with no plan to rectify it. Micro managed with zero support from the top down. The HR department is a third party company that has no idea what’s going on. They are uninterested in the health or safety of clients or employees. If you try to address something you will be met with retaliation or indifference. They are a new company and hire on the intentions of “innovating” their process but do not care to listen or even address antiquated and counter productive processes. There isn’t even a real orientation. It wasn’t until I was there for 3 months until one person brought up the. Expectations of my role in which he got 3 sentences in and was sidetracked and it was never addressed again. You will be judged harshly on your practices with zero constructive advice. You’re treated like a complete moron for not doing things their way when there was NO standard or SOP ever created for it. If you have any family emergency, accidents or unable to work there is no proper channels for employee relief. They advertise a week home out if every rotation. It’s more like 2 days added to a normal weekend to get 1000 miles home and back. You will be expected to devote 14-16 hours a day 6-7 days a week to a project in the worst conditions. Zero work life balance.

Pros

The project execution here truly reflects the leadership team’s deep industry expertise. Since joining as a project manager, I’ve seen noticeable growth in my ability to manage schedules and client expectations effectively.

Cons

Communication between departments can occasionally slow down during large‑scale projects

Pros

- Good people - Good fundamentals - company trucks are better then work trucks - Senior management is approachable - Good people within the field teams

Cons

- Has very low pay and per diem compared to other construction companies. - Health insurance benefits are not the best - Most managers tend to micromanage and there aren’t enough opportunities for mentoring to move up - Bad safety program and culture. They look at safety in terms of money instead of making sure workers have a safe work environment - There is favoritism for employees from previous company where upper management came from and other employees coming from different companies. Not everyone is promoted on a merit basis. - Lead site superintendents lack knowledge to run a site causing the pm team to have to help manage field activities. Very lazy site sups - most people are working on more then one project but compensation does not reflect the work load. Company is struggling to hire the right people for the job - It is expected to be onsite for 12+ hours a day - Very inexperienced team overall with little to no support - You have a lot of people telling you how to do your job
