Toxic work culture Horrible micro-management HR is useless Senior leadership has an old-school management style Prejudiced work culture - with quite a few fully remote WFH employees, they still force employees to come to the office with no privacy to take calls as you still will be on calls the whole day Underpaid employees

Pros

Great clientele/accounts. Some people are nice and willing to help each other. Entry-level perhaps for the experience.

Cons

- Development/Growth is horrible, lots of manager reviews only to blame the employee for lack of promotion or raise. - Lots of micro-management and toxic office gossip. - There are a few people who came from Marks/SGS (through connections) that is bringing down the culture in the group and do not help in the growth of the team. They talk big or say they'll help, but end up doing something nasty behind your back; don't trust those employees, and would recommend absolutely staying away.
