Analyst - Analyst LP Capital Advisors Employee Review

Really nice group of people who give analysts and associates the opportunity to take on more work as they prove themselves. Very friendly atmosphere and definitely would recommend to a friend.

There really were not any that stuck out too me. It is a great place to start out when you are just graduating from a university.

- decent set of mid level managers - good place to be if you are looking for a comfortable place to maintain your current skill set

- high levels of micro managing, often straight from the Partner level leading to mass inefficiencies - face time was valued the same, if not more, than actual output - considering this is non discretionary PE advisor, the clients needs were often not prioritized as highly as they should - difficult place to grow for an analytical person due to lack of own money to manage - likely to plateau quickly
