      Amazing work culture; the upper management is tightly involved with each and every engineer at the company; really rich specter of responsibilities and opportunities to gain experience.

      Cons

      Aside from the upper management, the majority of the full time employee's are young.

      Great internship experience, office environment was wonderful - everyone was super friendly and great work life balance. Upper management is super involved and gave the interns meaningful work. Best internship experience I have had

      Company is small, so work was not very structured.

      Flexible working style, great office atmosphere, meaningful projects.

      Office politics, management quite hands off, company grows fast but hire a lot of useless or stupid people
