      Leadership open door and very approachable, fast and nimble, no office politics

      Cons

      Now owned by Amazon - which is great for growth however not a lot of fun, very process driven and much more corporate than expected.

      Pros

      Such a relaxed, fun company to work for. Its very much work hard, play harder and you are rewarded for the work you do. Couldnt be happier to work here!

      Cons

      Migration over to Amazon was difficult with some process changes, but we still have the heart of LOVEFiLM.
