      Working in a start up, the people are great and there was a sense of everyone pulling together.

      Cons

      Vision is lacking from the execs. Focused on new customers. Will launch products for no reason.

      Leadership open door and very approachable, fast and nimble, no office politics

      Cons

      Now owned by Amazon - which is great for growth however not a lot of fun, very process driven and much more corporate than expected.
