International team, most colleagues are nice people with great attitude and ideas. Colleagues who enjoyed their time at LOQI did as they were told and do not challenge management’s opinions. If you are one of these people you will be treated “well” and get special benefits.
Cons
The company’s most negative trait is the very rigid vision of the management which does not allow for a healthy working environment. The company’s core value is profit maximisation. Every business needs to earn profit but your work will start to feel irrelevant once you realise that no other aspects are considered. If you cannot thrive on this single focus, prepare yourself to feel unmotivated and under valued. From the reviews on kununu to speaking to past employees, I can see there is a consistent lack of improvement since 2015. One should consider the authenticity of these sporadic positive reviews…once you work at LOQI, this kind of behaviour won’t surprise you.
