1. The management has a direct communication style, opting not to sugarcoat what they wanted to convey. While it may pose challenges within filipino sensitive culture, I appreciate their honesty as it allows for genuine opportunities for improvement. 2. On few occasions, the workload and expectations were unrealistic or unmanageable. It is possible, however, that this issue arose from the management's leniency in granting vacation time without stringent approval processes and or due to high turn over rate.
