      Pros

      It's honestly a great place that takes the time to pick the right talent and foster a unique workplace culture. Lots of opportunities to be creative and grow, pay is fair, benefits are good, lots of work events, great central downtown location, and fun coworkers.

      Cons

      The only con I have is that employees pay a monthly premium for their benefits. Would be nice if benefits were 100% covered.
