      Pros

      This is the best organization I've been part of in my working experiences so far. Great people, awesome culture, open communication and a leadership team that is so genuinely committed to their people. The environment at LOGiQ3 is unlike anything I've experienced before and I can't imagine ever wanting to be anywhere else! This weekend is Thanksgiving and I'm reflecting on what I'm thankful for...and for sure, it's being part of LOGiQ3.

      Cons

      I don't have any cons to share, but I think it is unfortunate that some people seem unhappy. I read the comments you shared from the recent culture survey and I also read the other Glassdoor reviews. My experiences have been so different and in chatting with some of my teammates, know they are also happy to be here. So it's too bad that not everyone feels (or felt) this way. If they worked at a couple of my recent employers, I can guarantee they would be more appreciative of what we have at LOGiQ3.

      Thanks for providing your feedback. I’m certainly glad to hear that your experience thus far has been a positive one. At LOGiQ3 we always say we want this to be your best job and, while that high standard is not always able to be attained, the leadership team works hard every day trying. It’s good to know our efforts are succeeding in many cases. Perfect we are not, but we are always in pursuit of being the best organization we can be.
