Sometimes when we have to send out alot of beds it can take a toll on your body from all the lifting.

Autonomy. I was a part of the early stages of UnitedLogic (UL) in its US venture. At the time, LogicData was the parent organization and was Austrian based. The President of UL was exceptional in his handling of the business and allowing the local office to serve the organization with minimal disruption. The culture was exceptional wherein we were largely infused with European philosophies far exceeding those typical in the USA.

The parent organization decided to replace the Austrian President of UL with an American. The first order of business was to move the local office to his home town. With the transition of the leadership, the new President "Americanized" the Company. The original culture and values were quickly liquified.
