      Great, hard-working, coworkers. Everyone pulls their weight Open to ideas that will increase productivity and generate new business Veteran company looking to grow and improve - room for promotion or to build new roles if you can fight for reasons why it should exist.

      Cons

      High learning curve and fast paced Holds employees accountable and expect them to take ownership of their role - THIS COULD MEAN LONG HOURS!!!

      Tough but fair. Company holds it's employees to a high standard, but is willing to support you every step of the way. VERY kind people who are looking to make it a warm, welcoming environment. A lot of growth and improvement, both tangible and intangible. A clear focus on bettering themselves as a company and moving forward in the world. Current renovation project to update and improve the office.
