Horrible Management - Retail Sales Associate LOFT Employee Review

- Management has no regard for empolyees or their lives - Worked there while I was in college and had a 3 day availablity (Friday - Sunday), the manager would schedule me for 30 hours every weekend even though I had asked for less hours a few times. When I tried to talk to her about it, she always responded with "your hours are based on your availability" - Took every second of availbility you gave and worked you to the bone - Was told on AFTER accepting the postion that my fire-engine red hair was not acceptable because it didn't fit in their values of "natural beauty"
