Pros
A very fast-paced and focussed environment, working with largely 'can-do' colleagues who would go the extra mile. There was a fairly flat hierarchy and no time for egos and divas. People respected one another mainly, and delivered great results!
Cons
Long, unsociable hours; you have to give up your life for a year or so. At times incredibly high pressure to meet tight deadlines. The very high profile work was always in the public eye and sometimes criticised in the press and by friends making it hard to stay motivated sometimes, though that soon changed after the Opening Ceremony. Shame it had to end!
