      Pros

      Many opportunities to get involve in different type of projects and different type of clients; not only the project for marine operation, oil and gas, renewables energy, but also working closely with Lawyers, Insurances, Brokers, Ship Owners etc.

      Cons

      While there is high number of opportunities, sometime is hard to catch those opportunities because the projects move quickly and you simply have no time due to the workload and limited numbers of people.

      Pros

      If you are British, you will love it. If not you will be treat as nothing. the company's name and the fact that you can be considered as a consultant, even if you do not do this and only do marine warranty surveyor, which means you are merely a witness.

      Cons

      Company used to be flat! Now full of bosses, lack of transparency and the upper manager are completely lost. London office is taking over everything in Americas.
