The leadership were transparent that they were a subcontracting group on the bigger project of H2F through GAP Solutions. Expectations were transparent from the beginning of employment.

Because they were tied to a bigger company, when the Contract was awarded to another bigger company, then my time with LMR came to an end.
The company had no true pros, the contract did, so you can’t really say anything beneficial for them. They were willing to hire nearly anyone.
Cons
CSCS and a heartbeat. Willing to hire anyone. Their PM abbreviated as MP for privacy, would call and hurt your career if you were trying to leave the contract. Saying how horrible a coach you were. All for retention.
Pay was HORRIBLE. Although part of that was from the contract/prime contractor GAP SI.
