Pros

-informal work enviroment and hence more space for creativity and progress VIDEO PRODUCTION / MEDIA: if you are looking for career in this domain, LMES is a very good option since it has a very good reach among tamil people. Since this is a new company, you will be allowed to work in a large creative space without restrictions. ACADEMICS / R&D / CONTENT WRITING: it gives immense satisfaction in contributing to an alternative education system. Anyway, the company appreciates the work in quantity rather than in quality, hence there is Plagiarism of content and ideas. If you are good in collection of relavent data and consolidating it,you can go for it. if you are a original thinker, you will be seldom appreciated than a quantity worker.

Cons

*improper management *no employment agreement, hence *no payslip,no pf....... *no valid experience certicate (the experience certificate they provide is not valid since there is no employment agreement, hence most of people leaving are not able to validate their work experience while approaching other companies) *low pay *less increment *no paid leaves

Pros

What has made my experience at LMES Academy truly positive is the company’s commitment to marketing innovation. Compared to other firms in the industry, LMES allocates a substantial budget toward marketing, which has allowed me the freedom to learn, test, and implement a wide variety of funnels and strategies. I deeply value the professional autonomy I am given here; there is a strong culture of trust where results are the primary focus. This environment has been instrumental in my skill development, providing a sense of work satisfaction and job security that is hard to find elsewhere.

Cons

While the learning opportunities are excellent, there are a few areas where the experience could be improved. Most notably, the current compensation is not aligned with the industry market standard, which can be a point of concern. Additionally, I feel there is a lack of team coordination and 'culture building' within the company. Because there are no yearly meetups, team-building games, or social events, it can be difficult to build strong working relationships across departments. Finally, the absence of a work-from-home or hybrid culture feels quite restrictive compared to modern industry standards and would be a welcome change for better flexibility.
