      Pros

      Very flexible with hours and an abundance of overtime. Great starting job for people with less work experience.

      Cons

      No room for advancement, no career paths to take. Yearly pay raises are an absolute joke almost always less than .50 cents no matter how much you improve or grow or even take on multiple positions. During Covid-19 many were furloughed including myself, absolutely no real compensation and the way it was handled was poor to say the least.

      Pros

      Pay is decent for those of us who have built a large enough customer base over the years.

      Cons

      Commission rate cuts the last five consecutive years. No path for advancement. Poor management. Since 2021, every change they have made that I have seen is designed to keep the stock price as high as possible - which has been stagnant for 10+ years. Customers and employees come last.
