Right off the bat you are on a paid hourly schedule until your 90 dys are up then they set you up on a commission program were you make.no money because you take hit on the commission when all those car shop return parts even though your not a sales rep they still make you take a hit so basically you are breaking even on hourly and on commission rate pay then if you wanna make extra money they tell you that you need to go pick up extra car parts and then they ask you if you drive by a car shop they want you to visit them and help grow your route even though your not sales rep so my best advice to anyone looking at this turn back around and look for another job this place is a joke and it comes with nonthing but a headache and stress and nonthing but unhappiness for you and your family .
