      Pros

      I worked at LKQI for more than three years and gained a lot of experience from the experts. Management is very friendly to the employees, they give full freedom to learn and explore new opportunities. -Very easy to interact and collaborate with other teams, since company organizes training sessions, festive/sports events and lots of activities which make my work more interesting. -Has a very good value system and a very supportive management which takes good care of employees and their families.

      Cons

      Since the company is growing very fast, administrative procedures should be automated instead of manual work.

      Pros

      Pay is decent for those of us who have built a large enough customer base over the years.

      Cons

      Commission rate cuts the last five consecutive years. No path for advancement. Poor management. Since 2021, every change they have made that I have seen is designed to keep the stock price as high as possible - which has been stagnant for 10+ years. Customers and employees come last.
