      Pros

      A good decision in my life is joining the LKQ organization and it is one of the best company which I experienced in my career. Wonderful family culture in the work environment and learned a lot of things both personally and professionally in my life. I have completed 5 years in this organization and even I am surprised how fast 5 years fly. Confident that I will have a great future in this organization. Good support from the management to build my career.

      Pros

      Pay is decent for those of us who have built a large enough customer base over the years.

      Cons

      Commission rate cuts the last five consecutive years. No path for advancement. Poor management. Since 2021, every change they have made that I have seen is designed to keep the stock price as high as possible - which has been stagnant for 10+ years. Customers and employees come last.
