Pros
Free learning curve, can always provide and share ideas, work enviornment is stressful but senior boss Sanjay sir is understanding. i had dedicated my energy and soul to this work place tried to grow but somehow honesty is not the best policy.
Cons
Indian companies somehow dont run without politics and gossips. One thing it teaches how much ever you work hard only who works like a sly, gossips and tries to put others down goes up the ladder. There is no silent work untill you dont put it loud and out there, only then it is recongnized. SO are many other Indian organizations. It lacks professionalism .
