      Cons

      What management sees as lofty ambitions the staff equates to top down unrealistic targets. No real culture of innovation. Unfortunately, a lot of deadwood Japanese throughout the various subsidiaries.

      Constant change and downsizing you will never be safe

      Cons

      Constant downsizing and never ending strategy changes. It’s like working in a fever dream.
