      Not much except a few decent people

      Where to start? Sales are king here. Very much a tattletale work environment! Everyone talks about everyone! Management instigates the attitude! Not very much is said about doing a good job! More about what you aren’t doing right! Not a positive environment.

      The company really takes care of their employees and listens. Work life balance really exist. Hands down best company I have ever worked for.

      After being hired, the benefits are good.

      Cons

      Pay rate for temps will barely cover your living expenses. It's a small office at each location, which means people will also talk about you. Brokers will ask Reps to accommodate last minute jobs in which they will pressure you for their insurance policies supplies, adding additional stress to your workflow. They hire temps around the busiest time of the year so that the temps can do all the dirty work, and then they'll let you go.
