Pros
Unlike a lot of tech jobs, LION is full of fun people and has a very easy going atmosphere. You're always working on something different; there's a lot of variety from project to project. Great place for self-motivated people who don't need a ton of hand-holding.
Cons
Might not offer the same kind of benefits package as large tech companies in the area (e.g. no stock options), but that's the reality of working at a small business.
