Pros
Great development capabilities for such a small shop, lots of energy from founder/creative director, small agency so employees get to wear lots of hats (great if you're starting out to gain experience), really nice people
Cons
Lack of client management/level-setting expectations, less than competitive pay, minimal employee benefits
