very hands-on. I was managing two official Instagram accounts probably within 2 weeks of interning. So it was a good resume builder. Pretty casual environment
Cons
As big companies are, it's hard to see immediate changes/ impact of your ideas. The execs are older, so the company had slightly conservative manner with their postings(less unhinged).
