      Pros

      - lots of room to move up - paychecks every Friday - learn a lot - fast pace facility and always work to do - hours are great - chances to move if you want it - newer equipment (big plus!)

      Cons

      - no direct deposit only paper checks - no 401k match and no vision coverage

      Big company -Lots of locations -Company is publicly traded and too big to fail -always hiring

      Cons

      -hire from outside instead of promoting from within in very many cases -expensive benefits -lack any 401k matching -pay varies widely based on location -equipment/ facilities poorly maintained
