      Pros

      Working at LIN was a good introduction to online advertising. Very casual environment. The company tried to make the office an enjoyable place to work by offering free snacks and the occasional happy hour.

      Cons

      Very high turnover. Higher management felt distant, and lower employees felt like a cog. Theres a gap between what the company actually does, vs how they market themselves.

      Pros

      The company is empowering its team to contribute and help us achieve success. Company culture is inclusive, collaborative, team driven. THE people make it worthwhile, we hire the best and brightest. We have proprietary tech, support, and buy-in from the executive team.

      Cons

      Like any other digital company, there is always room for improvement. It is super fast paced, those unable to pivot and deal with change need not apply. Can be very deadline driven - work & life balance could improve.
