Cool perks (spirit week: massage day, free food truck meal, random cater lunches, discounted products, cool weight loss challenges) Flexible schedule Charitable company Company events (Memphis, New Orleans) - keep in mind only a selected few get to go on these trips. Even with all that being said, I had the opportunity to work with some of the coolest hardworking people. They were individuals I learned plenty from. So I am grateful for them. It's truly the people of this place that would make you want to stay and I have developed life long friendships.

Toxic work environment Strong politics/attitudes No direction/growth for the company Very passive aggressive executive team Favoritism No opportunities to further career Extreme micro management This environment was the most toxic place I've worked for. The executive team could be very rude and passive aggressive. And as much as they were open to giving criticism, they were NOT open to receiving it. An opportunity to learn is always a blessing, so it was very unfortunate that communication was not open in that sense. I don't not feel as if I learn from my directing supervisor which I would have appreciated. Honestly the turn over rate is ridiculous.
