Pros
LIMU is a tight knit organization with family values, positive/fun culture and lasting friendships. I worked here less than one year but count it as one of my favorite jobs. I left for personal reasons, but am still in touch with a number of staff and would recommend working here to anyone. LIMU treats it's employees with respect, dignity and pretty cool perks. The owner/CEO is accessible to all employees and truly inspires an environment of integrity. And they offer an awesome benefits package! I received weekly feedback on my performance so I always knew where I stood in terms of needed improvements and knowing what I was doing well. I loved the company get togethers during Employee Appreciation week, holiday season and quarterly company wide meetings.
Cons
My specific department was super busy and it was a challenge to stay organized at times. Also, I worked the night shift (12pm-9pm) and would have preferred day shift, which is given by seniority. Pay was not as competitive as other companies at the time. I believe they have fixed that.
